Once again, DIN and DKE are supporting start-ups and SMEs on their way to standardization with the DIN-Connect funding programme. This year's competition focused on the topics green, digital, resilient. Seven projects have now been selected from 33-submitted project sketches, which can be created free of charge via DIN-Connect. The following projects are supported by DIN via DIN-Connect 2024:

· Standardization of dismantling concepts for existing buildings

· Determination of the defect density (ppm) of recycled films as a standardized test procedure

· Determination of CO2 emissions in existing construction

· Support Artificial Intelligence for the circular economy based on Life cycle assessment data standardization

· Circularity Check for Electronics

· Refrigerators and freezers keep fresh

· Standardization of connection and installation conditions as connectors of batteries for e-bikes
